Great place to relax and play!

We had such a great time! The house was perfect for us - roomy and relaxed! We loved the foosball table! The beach was across the street and the private dock was incredible! We had fun playing in the lake!

Weekend getaway

We had a great time! The house was plenty big for all 9 adults and 2 kids. With plenty of parking for 4 trucks, 2 of which had boat trailers. We loved the dock where we spend most of our time. Would definitely go back😁

Great spot

The house is very well appointed, and was thrilled with all the empty cabinets where I could put food without cluttering up counters - plus an empty two-car garage with an empty fridge/freezer. My granddaughter loved the sunken tub! And we made good use of the fire pit to have smores, using driftwood collected from beach. Owners very responsive. The new dock had shade and it was wonderful to sit there and look at the water/birds.

Excellent Home-Comfortable and Well Appointed

Our three families had a spectacular 48 hours up in Clear Lake at Sunset Beach House. This was our third time staying at the house and the best ever. Each time we stay, the house seems better equipped and more comfortable! Everyone has a comfortable bed and there is plenty of room inside the house and outside to relax or be social. Susan was a fantastic host - she was super responsive to all of our questions before we arrived and even went beyond our requests to make sure that we had full access to the dock and the beach even after all of the rain and to make sure our stay was wonderful. Our hosts had a fire built in the outside firepit ready for us to enjoy on our first night and the sounds of the water lapping makes an amazing backdrop for stargazing. We had everything we needed for a great Spring Break weekend. We will definitely come back again!
